Originally from Colombia, Alvaro moved to Florida when he was 6 years old and has been here ever since. Fluent in Spanish and English and having lived in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties, he enjoys all the diversity South Florida offers.
Attending the University of Central Florida on scholarship, Alvaro earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and began his career in property management accounting. Now five years into residential real estate, he has combined that attention to detail and numbers with a people-first mentality to create a holistic approach to buying and selling property.
Alvaro’s clientele includes out-of-towners, investors, first-time buyers, and families looking to upgrade. He also manages investment properties for out-of-state and foreign clients. All those relationships have validated his belief that you don’t have to be cutthroat to succeed in business. On the contrary, he enjoys guiding people through the real estate process to help them achieve their dreams.
Away from work, Alvaro volunteers with the Parkinson’s Foundation to do whatever he can to defeat the disease. In his free time, he enjoys sports, books, gardening, and music — especially if it’s live and served with bourbon, scotch, or craft beer.
